Production process 





Three kinds wallpanel 



There are mainly three kinds of wall panel
1 Sandwich wall panel(with the surface board, like calcium silicate board or fiber cement board)
2 solid wall panel(without surface board), 
3 hollow core wall panel



Vertical  mold car
 It is double functional, which can produce sandwish wall panel and solid wall panel.

Its advantages is bigger productions capacity.

Like wall panel with 610*2440*100mm thickness, it can produce 36 sheets per mold car. 






Full automatic demolding machine 
Number of workers: need 1-2 workers,one person responsible control, another 1-2person responsbile assist unloading,and dismantle the side moulds

Speed faster : for one set mold car, now only needs 8-10 minutes









Mixer -- full automatic metering and mixing plateform 

Automatic raw material feeding --metering -mixing system, accurate measurement to ensures proportion stability

The Mixer is double -shaft, Compact structure beautiful appearance, stable operation, convenient operation and high production efficiency. Beside, the blade is only 3mm to the mixer wall so that can guarantee mixing even.End of shaft has four seal, no oil leakage, no slurry leakage , automatic oil filling maintenance.
