Production Process

Our Advantages

 

1-The open top cover design and the surrounding rubber strip seal -prevent dust from spilling out and are environmentally friendly.

2-Spray nozzles are installed around the cover of the mixer. Water is sprayed into the mixer while washing the inner wall, automatically cleaning the mixing chamber to keep it clean. At the same time, it reduces the dust generated inside the mixer.

3-The mixer shaft is completely exposed when the mixer is tipped over, and there are no devices inside the chamber, making it very easy to clean.

4-High-speed stirring, rapid stirring in 20 seconds and ensuring uniform slurry and high efficiency.

5-Lined with a high-molecular plate to prevent the slurry from sticking to the wall of the mixer. 

6-Hydraulic large angle dumping to ensure that the slurry is completely poured out.
 

 

Finishing the forming mold,to ensure the size and appearance of the finished gypsum slab. The block corners are all with the R-arc design. ( We have the independent capacity to process the forming mold , with three sets of surface grinders,with 4 sets of high-precision polishing equipment. We are the highest precision in the country, ahead of the domestic processing level, all forming mold  are mirror effect)

Finishing the joint surfaces to ensure the overall reference size of the equipment exceeds the national standards.
We are the only one factory in China that can achieve the European standard in gypsum block machinery manufacturer. We are the equipment manufacturer designated by the European standard slabs.

The mold is coated with hard-chrome, adding a smooth, hard, and corrosion-resistant protective layer to the working surface.

This directly addresses three key production pain points: difficulty in demolding, mold wear, and product sticking damage. It is a key technical measure to ensure efficient, continuous, and stable production line operation and the production of high-quality, high-precision gypsum blocks.
 

Internal brand electrical components

Unique secondary programming design. The on-site management personnel can change the parameters such as the peeling of raw materials and the time interval between processes through the touch screen, which improves the production efficiency on site and reduces the professional requirements for field equipment maintenance personnel.

Through the deep integration of our extensive experience in gypsum block production, we have iteratively upgraded the logical architecture and execution algorithms of the control system, achieving significant enhancements in key performance metrics, including usability, production efficiency, and operational stability.
 

This is also our patented product, which has higher stability (completely avoids problems such as gypsum blocks falling during the transfer of gypsum blocks). Many domestic customers specify our manipulators.

For the non-slip rubber on the manipulator, we use white silicone instead of black rubber to avoid leaving black marks on the gypsum blocks and affecting the appearance of the finished product. At the same time, it has better environmental adaptability (if black rubber is used, it is easy to crack under long-term exposure to the sun)

In the field of gypsum block equipment, we were the first in China to produce this kind of equipment, starting from 2001. Up to now, it has been 25 years. During these 25 years, we have been continuously optimizing and upgrading the design of the equipment and the entire production line, and have obtained more than 30 technical patents.
