(3) This type of panel could be used for internal decoration, replacing traditional Aluminum panels, PVC, and Gypsum boards. 

Raw material

MgO Powder	Requirements Content of Magnesium≥ 85% Activity≥60% Content of CaO≤2%
Magnesium Sulfate (MgSO4)	Activity ≥ 65% Purity ≥ 99%
Fiberglass Mesh	Main function is to increase the strength Fiberglass mesh has different kinds, like high-alkali; Mid-Alkali; Low-Alkali; Alkali-free; alkali-resisting. 99% of factories use Mid-Alkali;
Bamboo Fiber	Bamboo Fiber has to be sieved first so that choose the right Particle Size;   Also, the humidity of the bamboo fiber should be less than 15%.
Perlite	If the filling materials only use Sawdust, the weight of the board is still very heavy,  so we need perlite to reduce the weight
Non-woven Fabric	The main function is to make to board look smoother and increase its planarity of the board;  But for increasing the strength function is very limited
Strict Requirement For Producing MgO Sulphate Board	1) The activity of MgO powder has to be above 65% 2) The purity of MgO sulfate has to be above 99% 3) Much stricter requirement for temperature and humidity control, usually need to do the third time curing.

Type

 

Standard MgO board	Hot selling. Usually used to replace the gypsum board, widely used in decoration. The back side is rough.
Sanding MgO board	Premium quality. High strength, small tolerance, and very flat. The backside is sanded.
MgO floor Board	Thickness up to 25mm. The strength could be more than 20MPa. More than 4 layers of high-quality fiberglass mesh.
HPL/Melamine Laminated	Laminate with HPL Both the advantages of HPL and MgO board. It is a new kind of fireproof decorative material.

Test

The requirement of this peeling test is that it cannot be cracked from the place where the glue is applied. In this case, it may be a problem with the glue; it cannot be cracked on the surface of the HPL and glass magnesium board.
