1-The temperature of the drying room is uniform, avoiding over-burning and not enough drying. Make sure the board is high strength and not fragile.
2-Our drying room equipped with heat circulation pump,so the heat can be recycled, and it is more energy-saving. if put hand on our drying room, and the door is not very hot,about 25 degree. If it is very hot, it means that the heat is lost.
3-Each area is equipped with humidy dicharge pipe to prevent the board from sticking to the roller. some other factories normally only equip one.
