The equipment use high accurate hard chrome-plating and automatic scraping equipment, so as to produce the hollow gypsum blocks according to clients' requirements. The products have accurate size, nice shapes and the producing efficiency is enhanced greatly as well.

Forming machine
The mold material adopts alloy steel that is electroplated with thick enough hard chrome on its surface and is mirror-polished. Then with high manufacturing accuracy and a fine adjustment structure of block dimensions to make sure all the blocks produced are of high precision, excellent surface finish, and also long life-span of the mold.

Adopting hydraulic automatic forming scraper to automatically scrape out a tongue-and-groove at the top of the block. This can help to ensure product quality, reduce workers' labor intensity, and achieve automation.
