Metering system

Mixing system

1. The open top cover design and the surrounding rubber strip seal prevent dust from spilling out and are environmentally friendly.

2. High-speed stirring, rapid stirring in 20 seconds and ensuring uniform slurry and high efficiency.
    

3. The spray type inlet water scouring the inner wall, and the second spray water is used for dust reduction after feeding, reducing the dust inside the mixer, and automatically cleaning the mixing chamber to keep the chamber clean and free from dead angle stirring.

4. Hydraulic large angle dumping to ensure that the slurry is completely poured out.

5. When the mixer is dumped, the mixing shaft in the bin is all exposed, and there is no device in the bin, which is very easy to clean.

Molding System

1,Finishing the cavity to ensure the size and appearance of the product, and the R-arc design of the block corners. (Independent processing template, the company's three surface grinders, a high-precision polishing equipment, the highest precision in the country, ahead of the domestic processing level, all templates are mirror effect)

2,One-time forming scraper, pneumatic lifting device, scraper automatically scraping out the block mouth, automatically lifting and returning, ensuring that no scrap is scraped into the pit, ensuring the integrity of the block. (According to customer requirements, you can choose our new processing block convex groove device to ensure the beauty of the block)

3, The bottom mold and mandrel are sealed by double-pass polyurethane to ensure no slurry leakage, and all the sealing devices around the bottom mold.

4, Finishing the joint surfaces to ensure the overall reference size of the equipment exceeds the national standards and is comparable to foreign standards.

5,The only one that can achieve the European standard gypsum block mold is the equipment manufacturer designated by the European standard block overseas.

Carriage fixture
