Mixer

The feeding system is equipped with a screw leveling system. It prevents clumped material from blocking the spiral conveyor. The mixer is embedded with non-stick plate, the mixing leaves and mixing shaft are not fixed inside the mixer, the whole space is empty after opening, easy to clean.

Forming System
The mold material adopts alloy steel that is electroplated with thick enough hard chrome on its surface and is mirror-polished. Then with high manufacturing accuracy and a fine adjustment structure of block dimensions to make sure all the blocks produced are of high precision, excellent surface finish, and also long life-span of the mold.

Adopting hydraulic automatic forming scraper to automatically scrape out a tongue-and-groove at the top of the block. This can help to ensure product quality, reduce workers' labor intensity, and achieve automation.
