In the forming and conveyor section, the belt thickness is12-14 mm, which improves the flatness of the gypsum boards. The conveyor rollers are custom-made from stainless steel, ensuring the boards remain flat.

Drying System
Hot air directly enters the drying chamber through fire tubes, eliminating the need for a heat exchanger, thus saving energy.
The circulation air duct now has a humidity discharge tube installed with a ventilation valve, making an axial fan and humidity discharge duct unnecessary, which prevents the boards from sticking to the roller track.
The circulated air is distributed to each layer via air distributors, with hot air directly blowing into the middle of the gypsum boards that need drying, while reducing heat at the edges of the boards to prevent them from overheating
Heating Supply System
The new hot air furnace is matched with the appropriate hot air furnace according to the calorific value provided by the customer. It is equipped with a waste heat recycling system.
The hot air after heat exchange can be recycled through the circulating fan and the mixing air chamber, which is beneficial to the recovery of the exhaust gas after heat exchange for secondary air distribution in the system and recycled into the heat exchange system.
Electrical Control System
The control system achieves Ethernet interconnection for data linkage, connecting the forming speed, cutting speed, and drying speed, thus eliminating issues related to inaccurate board lengths during cutting and unstable board spacing during drying.
With the application of industrial IoT, the on-site PLC controller transmits operational data back in real-time via a cloud platform, enabling online programming and operations maintenance.
