                                                      Dry Mortar Machine

The dry mortar production line is generally composed of the main parts such as storage system, metering system, conveying system,mixing system, packaging system and control system. The following is a detailed introduction of each part:

Raw Material Silo:

1,Used to store various raw materials required for the production of dry mortar, such as cement, sand, gypsum, additives, etc. It is usually welded from steel plates and has different capacities and specifications to meet the needs of different production capacity. Such as 80 CBM, 22 CBM, 8 CBM and so on.

2,Additives silo: Since the amount of additives used in dry mortar is relatively small but plays a key role. These silos usually have higher sealing and metering accuracy to ensure that the additives can be accurately added to the mortar in proportion.
 

Bucket elevators:
 

Primarily used to lift materials from a lower position to a higher one. For example, they are used to transport sand and gravel from the ground to the batching silos or above the mixing main unit. A bucket elevator is composed of buckets, chains or belts, a drive device and other parts. The drive device rotates the chains or belts, causing the buckets to rise cyclically to achieve material lifting.

 

Screw Conveyors:
 

Commonly used for transporting powdery materials such as cement and fly ash. It consists of a helical blade, a drive shaft, a trough and other components. The rotation of the helical blade propels the materials forward within the trough. Screw conveyors feature a simple structure, good sealing performance and high conveying efficiency, and can transport materials at different angles and positions.
