3 types of the production series

Non-woven mgo Board

This is the standard board and the most regular board in the market. It has a smooth surface and a rough backside. It has the slurry layer and middle layer materials, with different layers of fiberglass mesh and non-woven fabric. Density is mainly from 950-1000 KG/m3. 

This type of board is mainly used for the walls, SIPs, and ceilings. It could provide enough performance for the regular application.

Sanding MgO Board

This is a premium quality MgO board, it has a very smooth surface and sanded backside. Because the production process is different from the common MgO board, the price is higher than the common MgO board. It has a slurry layer, a middle layer, and a sanding layer. After the production, the backside will be sanded, so the thickness tolerance is very small. 

For this type of board, it is mainly for premium projects and high standard areas, most of the customers use this board for deep process manufacturing. 

Premium strong mgo floor Board

This kind of MgO board is specially designed for projects that need high strength performance. For example, floorings. For this board, we will use a high standard mesh (up to 300g and special quality) This kind of mesh is a much longer working life and is stronger than the common mesh. This board is a special type of sanding MgO board but has higher specifications.

Packaging & Shipping

Before Package

Before package, the board will be tested and inspected again by our lab and worker. Each of the board will be cleaned to make sure the board are clean and pick out any defect board.

 

 

During Package

We will use film to cover the pallets to avoid any mosiure during the transportation. Use green PET package strapping

- Bundle the boards and reinforce the pallets.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against to the BL copy.
