a) Light Weight
Density: Traditional technology-produced fiber cement board is 1.2 - 1.6g/m3, and our board is 1.0-1.7g/m3. Compared with the traditional board, our board could be lightweight. For example, on a 10mm 1220x2440mm board, the panel weight could be 10kg lighter. That means saving more labor costs during production and transportation, which also means the delivery could be longer based on the same situation.
b) Eco-friendly & Customized
This new production technology uses the fiberglass mesh as the reinforced material instead of the pulp fiber, so that is more environmentally friendly and easy to produce. At the same time, you could adjust different layers of the mesh to achieve different strengths.

1 Raw material feeding and metering automatic
For the mixtures,we totally have 5 mixers:
1 the first slurry materials mixer and second is the sanding materials mixer.
2 And the rest part is 3 middle layer mixers . Why we equip 3 middle layer mixers ?
It is because for the fiber cement board the main part is middle layer materials.
When we produce every thick board for example mgo board above 18 mm then if we equip the 3 mixers middle layer mixer. It will be much more easier and high efficiency during the production.
2 The mixers are double shaft so it can keep raw materials mixer very evenly .
3 Automatic forming Line
This part is mainly production part, we use sucker to suck the PVC mold on the machine.
This part is release agent.
After we put release agent on the PVC mold, it will be very easy to separate the PVC mold with the board-mgo board.
The first layer is slurry materials after the slurry material there will be two layer mesh, this is middle material and then another 2 layers mesh.
You can see,we equip to several fiber glass mesh rollers.It is because some customers have special requirement on the bending-strength of the mgo board.
So we need to put more layers fiber glass mesh in the board.

5 Sanding machine
For the sanding production line, we have two processes. The first one is primary sanding and the second part is precise sanding. It means that we could according to the customer's requirement use different kinds of abrasive paper to meet the customer's requirements. Also, the sanding machine would keep the tolerance very small.

1. Configuration difference:
The main difference in the configuration is the feeding part, because the raw materials are different, the feeding silo, and the measurement are different, but there is no difference in other parts.

The finished products produced by our equipment are similar to mgo boards, and two kinds of boards can also be produced, one is ordinary boards, the surface is flat and the back is rough. One is a sanding board with a flat surface and sanding on the back.

The first curing is 12 hours, and the second curing is 3-5 days.
After that it can be cut. Depending on the properties of the cement, maximum strength is generally achieved after 15-25 days of conventional storage.
And compared to the traditional steam curing process, we use a curing room, which does not require high-pressure steam curing.
We maintain a temperature range of 45-55 degrees Celsius. Continuous maintenance for 3-5 days is enough for the secondary maintenance, we don't need a steam curing kettle.
