Fiber cement board mainly uses the cement as base material and fiberglass mesh as the main reinforce material, it is a new type of technology to produce cement board and a new structure board

Fiber cement board is used in various domestic power generation industry, fire and flame retardant for cable projects in factories, chemical enterprises and other places with intensive electricity costs. a) Light Weight
Density: Traditional technology-produced fiber cement board is 1.2 - 1.6g/m3, and our board is 1.0-1.7g/m3. Compared with the traditional board, our board could be lightweight. For example, on a 10mm 1220x2440mm board, the panel weight could be 10kg lighter. That means saving more labor costs during production and transportation, which also means the delivery could be longer based on the same situation.


b) Eco-friendly & Customized
This new production technology uses the fiberglass mesh as the reinforced material instead of the pulp fiber, so that is more environmentally friendly and easy to produce. At the same time, you could adjust different layers of the mesh to achieve different strengths.

1 Raw material feeding and metering automatic 
For the mixtures,we totally have 5 mixers:
1 the first slurry materials mixer and second is the sanding materials mixer.
2 And the rest part is 3 middle layer mixers . Why we equip 3 middle layer mixers ?

It is because for the fiber cement board the main part is middle layer materials.
When we produce every thick  board for example mgo board above 18 mm then if we equip the 3 mixers middle layer mixer. It will be much more easier and high efficiency during the production.

2 The mixers are double shaft so it can keep raw materials mixer very evenly .

3 Automatic forming Line
This part is mainly production part, we use sucker to suck the PVC mold on the machine.
This part is release agent.
After we put release agent on the PVC mold, it will be very easy to separate the PVC mold with the board-mgo board.
The first layer is slurry materials after the slurry material there will be two layer mesh, this is middle material and then another 2 layers mesh.
You can see,we equip to several fiber glass mesh rollers.It is because some customers have special requirement on the bending-strength of the mgo board.
So we need to put more layers fiber glass mesh in the board.

4  Cutting 4 edge machine

5 Sanding machine 

For the sanding production line, we have two processes. The first one is primary sanding and the second part is precise sanding. It means that we could according to the customer's requirement use different kinds of abrasive paper to meet the customer's requirements. Also, the sanding machine would keep the tolerance very small.

Application


Our type production line can both produce Fiber Cement Board and Mgo Board 

1. Configuration difference:
The main difference in the configuration is the feeding part, because the raw materials are different, the feeding silo, and the measurement are different, but there is no difference in other parts.

The quotation configuration table is also mainly divided into mandatory, high configuration and optional parts.

The finished products produced by our equipment are similar to mgo boards, and two kinds of boards can also be produced, one is ordinary boards, the surface is flat and the back is rough. One is a sanding board with a flat surface and sanding on the back.

The first curing is 12 hours, and the second curing is 3-5 days.
After that it can be cut. Depending on the properties of the cement, maximum strength is generally achieved after 15-25 days of conventional storage.

And compared to the traditional steam curing process, we use a curing room, which does not require high-pressure steam curing.
We maintain a temperature range of 45-55 degrees Celsius. Continuous maintenance for 3-5 days is enough for the secondary maintenance, we don't need a steam curing kettle.

1 Booking the containers 
 

  1. The trucks arrangement is a huge system, not a job that can be done by one person or one department. We will spend a lot of time to do a good preparation before loading.
  2. We must ensure that the weight does not exceed, the volume does not exceed and the container cannot be empty.
  3. The number of containers is planned in accordance with even numbers, for example, load 4 containers, 6 containers, 8 containers one day, not 1, 3, 5
  4. The reasons as following: For example, when loading container A, container B is prepared; when loading container B, container A is fixed. By this, it will fully increase the efficiency of loading.
When the qty of container is even number, we will also take into full consideration the complexity of the containers for the day, for example, if we load 4 containers today, we will arrange to load 2 complicated

2 In order to do better loading work, we do the layout of the container in advance, reasonably calculating of the required container type as well as container quantity according to the actual configuration; generally controlling the container qty error within one according to experience.

It will take about 20 days to design and confirm the details of loading plan. It will be reviewed by technology dept, sales dept, production dept. And after-sales dept. Together.
Eg: After the technical department has designed, the production department may ask questions about whether this is OK; the sales department may ask questions about whether this is easy to find when it comes to my customers, and whether this will damage the machine. For each point, it is not one of the departments to say, for example, how this machine should be fixed better, the technical department to determine the fixed program, other departments have to review to see if this fixed feasible.

The general idea is that, only this step of car arrangement, we need the four major departments to collaborate together to determine the feasibility of the program, the specific process is as follows.
1) the technical department to do the first step to design the layout of the equipment inside the cabinet, convene a meeting of the four major departments to discuss.
2) The production department will consider whether to install, the actual operational feasibility.
3) The sales department will consider the configuration of the equipment, and whether the equipment may be damaged during transportation.
4) The after-sales department will study whether the packing scheme is convenient for unloading and finding the equipment.
5) The four departments will discuss and decide on the plan, and if there is any unsuitable situation in the middle, the design and adjustment will be made again.


3  How we load the containers 
  1. The worker must be trained before doing the work of loading, not just anyone can do this work. They are trained with a lot of safety operation norms and high-efficiency loading & fixing.
  2. Generally the quantity of containers loaded in one day is better in even numbers, so that the efficiency will be higher. For example: A B two containers match with each other, one for loading, the other ready forklift, hanging, so the cycle. Normally we can guarantee the progress of loading 6 containers a day. According to the pre-designed fixed bracket drawing, we will combine the complex loading and simple loading.
  1. Factory internal hardware configuration: forklift 3 tons - 12 tons forklift are available. Line crane 5-12 tons
  1. During the loading process, photos are taken and kept on file, each piece is photographed and each fixing is photographed. The loading process is crossed for inspection, and the workshop director and the quality control person in charge check each other to avoid the situation that the machine is not fixed as required. Not just arrange the work but not supervise and check.
  2. The main tools used for packing and fixing are straps and wooden strips, and wooden boxes are used for bulk parts. At the same time, some small tools for installation will be packed in wooden boxes and sent out together.
