Mgo floor board




1. Specification

 

Size	The main size is 1220*2440 and 1220*3000; the main thickness are 18mm-25mm.
Density	1100-1250kg/m3
Color	For the color, could do as customer's requirement. The most popular color is White and some customers also need Green and Brown color.
Fiber glass mesh	Total 6 layers fiber glass mesh. we use glue-coated fiber glass mesh. The biggest advantage of Glue coated fiber glass mesh is that it's ageing resistant and very  high strength, the quality will be same during 10 years.

3.  Strength test for mgo floor board

We have took a video about 18mm mgo floor board strength test video, the attached link for your reference. From the video you could see, for mgo floor board, the fiber glass mesh we use is glue coated high strength fiber glass mesh, cannot be broke even after the stength test.

4. Loading & Packing
For the loading, if for 20GP container, totally have 8 pallets, 4 vertical pallets and 4 flat pallets. If customer need 40GP container, also no problem. Since mgo board has the weight limit, so we need to confirm with the destination port what is the weight limit for 40GP container.

Q: For 18 mm, wood base per how many meter?
A: It's 400*400mm


Q: How to hide screw?
A: There is a kind of sunk screw, nail head is 0.2mm lower than board surface to ensure the flatness of surface, then use the putty on the surface

A: Mgo board usually used in the basement or home decoration floor; the usual installation method, first put the mgo board, then on the Mgo board, need to put wood floor or some other kind of floor
