Characteristics of the gypsum board production line equipment

Development and application of the new high-speed mixer. High-speed stirring aims at shortening the gypsum slurry time (mix average within 10 seconds), helps to make full use of gypsum slurry liquidity, so don't have to add the retarder. Application of reverse discharging speeds up the pulp out of the discharge, and makes gypsum fully flow in the mold. The appearance size of the gypsum block has  high precision, ensuring the product quality and accuracy.

Easy to form a complete set. Except for the special parts for the production line, the other parts can use the Chinese standard equipment. Foaming system is one of our unique advantages, using advanced technology, dynamic and static foaming system, producing gypsum boards with lightweight, good toughness, and more cost saving.

The strength of the foamed board is about 2.6M-3.2MPa, the strength of common unfoamed board is 2.4MP, So dear, you can see foaming does not affect the strength, only reduce the weight of the board.

Foam board thickness: 6.7, 7.0mm can be produced.

Dear Customers, if you do not want to produce this kind foamed board, you can just use less foaming agent into production. So this can be adjusted

3-Mature  drying technology. Drying system-- the most  important part of the production line,this part is also our core technology,

Our drying room technology is a very advanced technology in China 

1-The temperature of the drying room is uniform, avoiding over-burning and not enough drying. Make sure the board is high strength and not fragile.

2-Our drying room equipped with  heat circulation pump,so the heat can be recycled, and it is more energy-saving. if put hand on our drying room, and the door is not very hot,about  25 degree. If it is very hot, it means that the heat is lost. 

3-Each area is equipped with humidy dicharge  pipe to prevent the board from sticking to the roller. some other factories normally only equip one.
Although the appearance is similar, the details are big difference. 



 

Installation Instructions

Installation work - After the equipment arrives, we will dispatch engineers to install and debug the equipment on site.
