Equipment Introduction                                                                                           

 

After studying all kinds of domestic and oversea gypsum block equipment, producing
formula and producing process, and according to market requirements, we developed a kind of new full-automatic gypsum block-producing equipment, which integrates forming, high-speed stirring, and hydraulic jacking together.

The equipment uses high accurate hard chrome-plating and automatic scraping equipment, so as to produce hollow gypsum blocks according to clients' requirements. The products have accurate size and nice shapes, and the production efficiency is enhanced greatly as well.

 

Automatic Metering and Forming System 

Consisting of a water metering device, powder metering device, compressed air systems and chassis and other components.

 

Automatic Mixer

1)High-speed mixing, uniform, increase gypsum strength,
2)Mix it into a sticky shape and do not burn the motor.The use of hydraulic mixing, complete sets of equipment installed power of
about 24.5 KW to save electricity.

3)The mixer is embedded with an 8 mm non-stick plate, the mixing blade and the mixing shaft are not fixed inside the mixer, the whole space is empty after opening, very easy to clean

Forming System

 

The mold material adopts alloy steel that is electroplated with thick enough hard chrome
on its surface and is mirror-polished.

Then with high manufacturing accuracy and a fine adjustment structure of block dimensions to make sure all the blocks produced are
of high precision, excellent surface finish, and also long life-span of the mold.

Adopting hydraulic automatic forming scraper to automatically scrape out a tongue-and-groove at the top of the block. This can
help to ensure product quality, reduce workers' labor intensity, and achieve automation.

 

Features

Special requirements and special shapes can be customized, round hole, square hole, solid type, Mold single row, double row can be done. The longest generally does not exceed 4.5m, Middle partition 30 mm

 

Pneumatic manipulator

 

The main function of the pneumatic manipulator is to transfer the solidified blocks from the forming machine. Manipulator 1 can move forward as well as left/right

 

There is a safety platform below, which not only guarantees the safety of the operators, but also does not delay the work of the workers during the transfer operation of the manipulator
