About MgO Board

The MgO Sulfate board is made from magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, Wood fiber, Perlite, and fiberglass mesh. The highly purified MgO is used as the main fireproof material, and wood fiber, and perlite are used as filling materials.

All the materials are inorganic and will not become food for termites and insects

Different Types of MgO Boards

MgO Fooring Board

This kind of MgO board is specially designed for projects that need high-strength performance. For example, floorings. For this
board, we use over 6 layers high strong fiberglass mesh. Also, we chose a very nice glue-coated fiberglass mesh. This mesh is
a much longer working life and is stronger than the common mesh. The bending strength of this board could reach 20MPa of 18mm.

In many applications, MgO boards can be used in the same ways as gypsum and Portland cement sheathings. The substitution is not fully direct in terms of sheet thicknesses, fastening methods, and joint treatments, but is very similar. This makes the MgO board an easy product to use. Packaging & Shipping

Before Package

Before the package is, the board will be tested and inspected again by our lab and worker. Each of the board will be cleaned to make sure the board is clean and pick out any defective board.


 

 

 

During Package

We will use film to cover the pallets to avoid any moisture during the transportation. Use green PET package strapping

- Bundle the boards and reinforce the pallets.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against the BL copy.
