Fireproof &insulation

Mgo board has excellent fire performance, up to non-combustible grade A1, flame spread and smoke generation is zero, no flame at 1200 C high temperature, fire resistance limit of more than 3 hours.

Compared with gypsum board, plywood, and fiber cement board, MgO Board is extremely strong with great impact resistance, impress resistance, and better flexural, and higher loading.

Mgo board light weight, low density, convenient installation, reduce transportation costs, save labor and material costs, improve project efficiency.

 

Water resistant

MgO Board maintains its structural stability when slightly bent and will not warp, swell or daleminate when exposed to moisture for short periods of time. Longer exposure to moisture is not recom-mended.

Zhuchen MgO originates from the Yurui Machinery Group, a pioneer in manufacturing construction material production lines, including MgO board production lines.Responding to the demand of an old customer who bought us mgo board machine, we entered mgo board industry in 2012 and Shandong Zhuchen New Materials Co., Ltd was established to meet the growing demands of the market in 2018 as a key subsidiary of Yurui.
 

One of Zhuchen's founders, Mr. He, began working in MgO board production and research in 1994 and has been deeply dedicated to the field for 30 years. in response to challenges posed by the instability of magnesium chloride formulations in the industry, Mr. He successfully developed the pure sulfate mgo board formula and achieved stable production, opening up a new direction for the development of mgo board.
 

10 years ago, at the request of a customer, Zhuchen started focusing on the development and production of sanded MgO boards and successfully integrated lamination technology to achieve stable bonding between mgo board and organic materials. The laminated mgo board developed by our customer and us has been a great success in the market.

Packaging & Shipping

Before Package

Before package, the board will be tested and inspected again by our lab and worker. Each of the board will be cleaned to make sure the board are clean and pick out any defect board

 

 

During Package

We will use film to cover the pallets to avoid any mosiure during the transportation. Use green PET package strapping - Bundle the boards and
reinforce the pallets.

A: The traditional MGO board is magnesium chloride board, which is a "crying" board, corrodes your metal fittings, and brings safety risks. ZhuChen MGO boards are Pure sulfate magnesium boards. Chloride Content≤ 0.01%, ensuring no "crying boards."

Q4: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra? Can you produce according to the samples?

A: We offer free samples, but the customer pays for the postage. If you have special requirements for the products, We'll produce them for you.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against the BL copy.

A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP, EXW

Q7. How about your delivery time?
