Forming System
In the forming and conveyor section, the belt thickness is12-14 mm, which improves the flatness of the gypsum boards. The conveyor rollers are custom-made from stainless steel, ensuring the boards remain flat.

Drying System
Hot air directly enters the drying chamber through fire tubes, eliminating the need for a heat exchanger, thus saving energy.
The circulation air duct now has a humidity discharge tube installed with a ventilation valve, making an axial fan and humidity discharge duct unnecessary, which prevents the boards from sticking to the roller track.
The circulated air is distributed to each layer via air distributors, with hot air directly blowing into the middle of the gypsum boards that need drying, while reducing heat at the edges of the boards to prevent them from overheating
Electrical Control System
The control system achieves Ethernet interconnection for data linkage, connecting the forming speed, cutting speed, and drying speed, thus eliminating issues related to inaccurate board lengths during cutting and unstable board spacing during drying.
With the application of industrial IoT, the on-site PLC controller transmits operational data back in real-time via a cloud platform, enabling online programming and operations maintenance.
Design Advantage

For example, we calculate the length of the forming belt based on the quality of the raw material gypsum powder, and the length of the drying chamber based on the fuel's calorific value. We accurately calculate the heat required for the production line based on the fuel's calorific value and match it with the heating system to maximize the utilization of energy. This helps our clients save energy and reduce production costs.

1.We will cover the machine with a waterproof film to prevent moisture or water ingress during transportation, ensuring that the machine remains in good working condition upon arrival at its destination. Some parts will be provided in fumigation-free disinfected wooden boxes with a thickness of 20mm. The inside of the wooden boxes will be lined with a waterproof membrane, and the components will be packaged according to their functions. A detailed list will be provided, with each box labeled with a code for easy.
2.Regarding transportation, our designers will create transportation layout drawings for the production line to maximizespace utilization and reduce transportation costs.
