Raw material detailed introduction
Cement	It it the basic raw material for wall panel.
Fly ash	1) reduce the amount of cement 2) increase the area density of the wall panels 3) increase the fluidity of the slurry 4) It can be replaced to cement
EPS particle	It makes wall panel lighter, higher performance in thermal insulation.
Surface board	Calcium silicate board or fiber cement board. You can check which kind is available in your market.
Sand	Add some sand (diameter ≤3mm) improve strength of wall panel.
Chemical additives	It makes cement foaming, which reduce cement usage quantity
Note: 1 Others construction rubbish, rice husk, perlite, ties, flyash and so on 2 Using normal cement, no steam curing facilities, the temperature is about 20 °C So for the wall panel's raw material, it is very widely. So this project is higher feasibility in every country.

2 horizontal mold car 

Vertical mold car: It can produce sandwich wall panel and solid wall panel. 
Its advantages is bigger productions capacity. 
Like wall panel with 100mm thickness, it can produce 36 sheets per mold car. 
Horizontal mold cars: It is multifunctional. It can produce all kinds wall panel. 
Compared with vertical kind, it can only produce 10 sheets per mold car. 

For example, if you want to produce 300 sheets per day/100 mm thickness: 
For vertical mold car, you only need to buy 9 sets mold cars
For horizontal mold car, you need to buy 30 sets mold cars. So in this horizontal mold car, your investment in machine is higher than vertical mold car.

1 Qatar customer:

He has been in this business the nice 2016 year. In the beginning, he can only produce 100,000 sqm per year.
From 2016 year to today, he ordered more than 2 production lines from us to expand production capacity to meet his market demand.
Now the total production capacity can reach 1 million sqm per year. In the Qatar market, with this customer's promotion of lightweight cement panels, the local builders prefer to use this new kind of construction material, rather than using bricks or blocks.

2 Mexico project

He visited us in the 2019 year and then started the production of cement panels in the 2020 year.
we do our best to support him in installation and they installed the machine successfully with our video and drawing supports.

3 Ecuador customer: 
This customer visited us in 2017 years and set up the machine line in the 2018 year. He is a very professional engineer in construction material production. 
So when he saw our machine and talked with our engineers then he is very confident about us. 

Ecuador customer has been in the construction material business for a long time. In beginning, he imported some cement panels from China. Then when his market demand is much larger, he decided to set up this production line and produce wall panels by himself, as we know the freight cost is much higher. 
In 2018 year, he can only produce 140,000 sqm per year. From 2018 year to today, he ordered more machines from us to expand his market demand. Now the total production capacity can reach 200,000 sqm per year. 
In the 2018 year, our engineers went to Ecuador to support him in installation, training workers, formula, and so on. Our customer was very satisfied with the engineers' professional ability.
