Production process 








Vertical  mold car: 
We have two types mold cars : One is to produce sandwish wall panel,with calsium silicate board.
The other one is double functional, which can produce sandwish wall panel and solid wall panel. Its advantages is bigger productions capacity. Like wall panel with 610*2440*100mm thickness, it can produce 36 sheets per mold car. 




Mixer : 
For big capacity , we will equip second mixer to help you increase working effeciency.  After the first mixing finish ,will pour the total slurry into the second mixer ,and then start next mxing directly to save the time . and the second mixer has two function ,one is for temperaturay storage and second is to avoid the separation of the slurry .
