The production line is controlled by computer and conveyed by chains and wheels, automatically accomplishing coating, laminating, pressing, cutting, edge tapering, shrink packing, and stacking.
The production line We offered is a complete production line with automatic board loading system, automatic gluing system, automatic laminating system, automatic cutting system, automatic edge sealing system, automatic packaging system and automatic stacking system. It is also equipped with an automatic dust collect system to ensure a clean and hygienic production environment. The entire production line is highly automated to process the paper-faced gypsum board into PVC laminated gypsum ceilings board.
All key components such as electrical components are all international brands or famous Chinese brands to ensure the long-term stability of the production line and to reduce the failure rate and maintenance costs.
