MGO Sulfate board, without any chloride, so no Sweating problem
For the traditional mgo board with MgCl2, some customers will have the problems of sweating and screw rusty. In fact, these problem are caused by MgCl2,the free Chloride Ion that left in the boards. As you know, normal mgo board is formed by the reaction of Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Chloride. When this reaction is finished, the board will be ready to cut and deliver. But normally, the reaction can not be 100% taken, which means that some free Chloride Ions will be still left in the board. As to the free Chloride Ions, they will be easy to absorb moisture from the air and form water drops on the board surface (sweating problem), when the circumstances are very wet (high humidity). If this mgo board used with steel, the free Chloride Ion, water and steel will take reaction, and make the steel product rusty. But, if this board is exported to the dry places, it won't have the problem, since it can not absorb water from the air. That is why some places have this problem, while other places are.
