For big production capacity,  we will equip second mixer to help you increase working efficiency. And use the pump to cast the slurry into the mould car, in this way, the slurry will be more even, with less air bubble, besides it can keep the working platform clear without wasted raw material. Besides, it can avoid the difference between two end of two board by workers vibration, and protect the integrity of the calcium silicate board, and ensure the compactness of both sides.

 

We have double function mould car, it not only can produce sandwich wall panel, also can produce solid panel to meet different market demand.

The Mixer is double -shaft, Compact structure beautiful appearance, stable operation, convenient operation and high production efficiency.Beside, the blade is only 3mm to the mixer wall so that can guarantee mixing even. End of shaft has four seal, no oil leakage, no slurry leakage , automatic oil filling maintenance.

we have full automatic demoulding system to reduce the working strength, this is our patent technology and it is very mature now. compared with manual demoulding which need about 30-40minutes, automatic demoulding only need around 10-20 minutes.

We have no problem dispatch engineers now,as we have shared with you before, we have engineers on site in Africa right now for installation,at that time it was also more strict we can dispatch engineer, now there is no problem for us.
As long as your government allows us to go, we will get visas for the workers on our side and we will be able to send them there for installation.
