Compared with this two kinds of mold car, just like the saying' Every coin has two sides'. both the mold car has its own advantage. For Vertical mold car, the biggest advantage is the capacity is large, it means for 2440×610×100mm. For the Horizontal mold car, the biggest advantage is its multi-functional.

1. Cement, fly ash are conveyed to metering silo by screw conveying, and then to the mixer.
2. EPS raw material after foaming through the fluidized bed conveyor to the storage silo, volume
measurement, though air conveying system to mixer;
3. Sand and other additives through the lifting device, to the mixer
4. After mixing, through the pumping device, to the mold car.
5. curing 8hours in the mold car then need demolding, unloading the mold.
6. Stack, natural maintenance for 28 days
