PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Magnesium Oxide board "MgO board" is a factory-made, non-insulating sheathing board product. It can be used for a number of applications including wall and ceiling linings, fascias, soffits, tile backing, and underlayment. It is made of magnesium oxide, a type of mineral cement, and is commonly called simply "MgO" (pronounced emm-gee-oh) due to its chemical composition of magnesium (chemical symbol Mg) and oxygen (chemical symbol O). Think of MgO as a type of sheathing board (sort of like drywall or cement board) but with much-improved characteristics such as fire resistance, weather ability, strength, resistance to mold, mildew, and so on.

EDGE STYLE
The customer can choose different edge according to their different applications.
DIFFERENT TYPE
1. Common MgO Board. This is the standard MgO board, it has a smooth surface and rough backside. It is widely used in decoration and construction. Because of its nice fireproof performance and much stronger than the gypsum board, it is very popular for replacing the gypsum board.
2. Sanding MgO Board. This is a premium quality MgO board, it has a very smooth surface and sanded backside. Because the production process is difference from the common MgO board, the price is higher than the common MgO board. Its backside has been sanded, so the thickness tolerance is very small. Many customers use this for deep process, such as combine with decorative paper into a new material.
There are also some customers also use this board for making SIPs.
3. Floor MgO board. This kind MgO board is specially designed for the projects need high strength performance. For examples, floorings. To this board, we use over 6 layers high strength fiberglass mesh. Also, we chose a very nice glue coated fiberglass mesh. This mesh is much longer working life and stronger than the common mesh.
The bending strength of this board could reach 20MPa of 18mm. Now it is very popular in Australia, America, Canada.
4. Laminated MgO board. Now in our factory, we could provide the HPL laminated MgO board and melamine paper laminated MgO board. This board combines the HPL/melamine paper on the Sanding MgO board. So, it has both the advantaged of the HPL/Melamine and the MgO board. Fireproof, high strength, waterproof and easy to clean.
PACKING AND DELIVERY
Our professional packing ways. Before loading, we will screw the Green color PE strip into the pallet. This way could guarantee the whole pallet is much stronger and the pallet will not be destroyed after the longtime transportation. When customer do the unloading, sometimes the forklift destroy the PE strips. If we screw the PE strips into the wood, then this kind of problem will be avoided, grantee there is no risk when customer do the unloading.
APPLICATION
Interior Decoration
Compare to the traditional building materials, the MgO board has many great advantages.
Its fireproof performance isA1 grade, non-combustible, water resistance and high strength. Compare to the gypsum board, a 9mm MgO will be stronger than a 14mm plasterboard.
Also, the MgO board is easy to use, no need any special tools and treatments.
Floorings
Our high strength floorboard is specially designed for floorings.
Its bending strength could be up to 20MPa. The backside is sanded and very flat, the tolerance could be less than 0.02mm.
We could make different edges such as shiplap, so you could install the board quickly.
Partition Walls
The MgO Board is very suitable for partition walls, no matter the steel frame or the wood frame.
The MgO board both has good fireproof performance and heat insulation, sound insulation performance.
