1 mgo Powder conveying system
At the scene, the mgo powder packaging bag needs to be transported to the top of the distribution bin through the lifting device, the top knife-cutting device breaks the bag, the magnesium oxide powder enters the distribution bin, and is transferred from the distribution bin to the five storage bins by spiral conveying. It is then helically fed to the corresponding mixer.
2 Raw material mixing system(Including pipes, pneumatic ball valves, accessories and MgSo4 liquid control system)
be used for mixing evenly middle material ready for stand-by, this mixing machine has advantage of high speed; short time; stiring fully. The mixer is closed, and when feeding material , the feeding exit will connect to the mixer automatic, effectively avoiding dust.
Function and characteristics:Built-in adjustable program for automatically controlling the mould feeding, gluing, and forming processes. It combines the automatic control technology,sensor technology, computer management technology in the integration of mechanical and electrical integration system,having advantages such as high controlling precision, etc.
Automatically smearing the release agent on the surface of the mould, smearing evenly, less usage amount, and can avoid sticky. A pair of close touched oil roller form a sealed cavity, mold release agent is stored in the sealed cavity. One oil roller is made of steel, another is rubber roller. When oiling, the oil roller rotates and adheres the release agent sealed cavityon onto the rubber roller, the mould entering to the underneath of the rotating oil glue roller by conveying, and thenthe release agent adhered on the rubber roller is applied onto the mould surface.
