This kind of production line has two kinds of mold car, one is a vertical mold car, 
Another is a Horizontal mold car, which could produce three kinds of panels. so it means Horizontal mold cars could produce all these different panels. I share a picture with you in the attachment.

Compared with these two kinds of molded car, just like the saying, Every coin has two sides. both the mold car has their own advantage. For the Vertical mold cars, the biggest advantage is the capacity is large, which means 2440×610×100mm. For the Horizontal mold car, the biggest advantage is it's multi-functional.

Production procedure
 

1. Cement, and fly ash are conveyed to the metering silo by screw conveying, and then to the mixer.
2. EPS raw material after foaming through the fluidized bed conveyor to the storage silo, volume 
    measurement, though air conveying system to mixer;
3. Sand and other additives through the lifting device, to the mixer
4. After mixing, through the pumping device, to the mold car.
5. curing 8hours in the mold car then need demolding, unloading the mold.

6. Stack, natural maintenance for 28 days

50 sets Horizontal mold car; 60days finished the whole production, now runs well.

We could also do 4 Edges T & G to meet customers' application requirements.

For eps concrete wall panel, during the installation, in order to make the installation easier, we could use the 
T type & L type edge. For the mold car, for the T type or L type mold car, we call it customized Non-standard mold car. According to our experience, when customers buy mold car, majority mold car will be the standard one, besides the standard mold car, customer also prepfer buy one set or two sets T type, L type Non-standard mold car.
