we will dispatch 2 engineers to your factory to install the whole production line. The installation time needs 20-30 days.

After the above two engineers finish the installation, then our cheif engineer he will come to your factory to do the final commissioning with real raw materials. And also trainning your workers.

How many workers needed

In different automatic production line, the total workers quantity is not same, normally need 6-9 workers for 1 working shift.

We can train your local workers until they can operate the machine very stable.

1	Forklift operator	1 worker   (This worker must know how to operate the forklift )
2	Laminating machine part	3 workers    2 workers need to change the pvc film together  (15-20 mins need to change one roller of pvc film) In the two workers, one worker also need to cut the pvc film by blade The third worker operates the control cabinet to turn on/off the laminated line. When the above two workers change the pvc film, the lamination line need to power off, so this is why need the third worker.
3	cutting line	1 worker usually the last pcs of gypsum board on a pallet is a scrap board used as a backing board, and this work needs to take this board out, otherwise it will be mixed into the finished product.  The worker also need to operate the control cabinet of cutting line
4	edge taping machine	1 worker Inspect unqualified ceiling board, and take them out. Replace edge tapes roller when it uses out
5	put the carton box on each bag of ceiling	2 workers
6	packagea and Stacking	1 worker   (this work can be same worker with the Forklift operator)

The using quantity of glue in lamination line:

The production cost directly determines the competitiveness of product prices in your local market. Especially in terms of glue using quantity. Our machines apply glue more evenly, resulting in stable consumption and less glue usage.

 

When the workers need to change the PVC film, they need to turn off the machine, our equipment does not need any additional adjustments when you turn on the machine. It can go to production continually, so you can save the glue quantity as well.

 

The speed for whole production line-Production capacity  7000-20,000 sqm per day:

 

1 The whole production line can run at a minimum speed of 20m/min, and with skilled workers, this whole production line can reach 40m/min.

In some of our domestic projects, some factories can even achieve over 50m/min.

Overall, the speed of the entire production line is 20-40m/min.

 

2 The overall speed of the production line generally depends on the speed of the lamination machine. The subsequent cutting, sealing, and packaging processes can be adjusted to match the speed of the lamination process.

 

Lamination speed: 35-40m/min

Cutting speed: 30m/min

Edge sealing speed: 15m/min (this is why mostly in one production line, there must two edge tape bonding machines)

Package speed: 15m/min 

 

 

3 Which devices can determine the speed of machine? 

Reply: We have equipped with many frequency converters in whole production process, So in this way, the speed can be flexibly adjusted. At beginning, the speed can be lower. After some times when your workers can operate ths machine very skillfully, then our enigineer can adjust the machine faster. 

For the motors, we use servo motors, so we can ajust the speed of machine running. 

 

Sum: For the machine line speed, it is adjustable.

And our machine speed is the highest level now in China.

All the speeds I mentioned above are based on the smooth operation of the equipment for production. 

 

The whole process from we cooperate until you can produce the ceiling tiles by yourself:

 

1 Production time: 45-60 days after confirm the sales contract 

 

2 Installation time: we will dispatch 2 engineers to your factory to install the whole production line. The installation time needs 20-30 days. 

 

3 Commissioning time: After the above two engineers finish the installation, then our cheif engineer he will come to your factory to do the final commissioning with real raw materials. And also trainning your workers.
