Our pure sulphate mgo board passes the ASTM E136.

ASTM E136 tests the non-combustibility of a product by testing it at a furnace temperature of 750 degrees Celsius, where the mgo board does not burn, there is no flame, and no smoke is generated.

The grade of the product can be evaluated as Class A1 non-combustible material. The difficulty for the magnesium oxide board is to control its internal and surface heating of the board during the test.

Lots mgo board produced by other companies is unable to pass, ONLY the full experienced mgo board factories could pass the test. This test could prove the strength of the mgo board supplier and the quality of the mgo board. This test in Europe similar level of testing is BS476
