Now in our company, we already set up four Mgo board production lines for producing different types of the Mgo board. In our factory, our chief engineer has been in this market for over 25 years. And our engineer is the first expert to develop a pure sulfate Mgo board. So that we know Mgo board very well. Now we mainly produce the pure sulfate Mgo board to avoid the chloride issue. Like the Mgo floor board, standard nonwoven fabric board, and premium sulfate sanding Mgo board. And we also made the laminated panel. It is a type of deep process Mgo board, laminated on two sides with HPL, melamine paper, or PVC film into a new decorative Mgo board. Mgo floor board
Our high-strength floorboard is specially designed for floorings. Its bending strength could be up to 20MPa. The backside is sanded and very flat, the tolerance could be less than 0.02mm. We could make different edges such as shiplap, so you could install the board quickly.
Partition Walls
The MgO Board is very suitable for partition walls, no matter the steel frame or the wood frame. The MgO board both has good fireproof performance and heat insulation , and sound insulation performance.

Packing & Loading
Based on 20GP for reference, if you would like to mix different sizes and thicknesses, we will calculate based on your requirements.
1)Before loading, we will screw the Green color PE strip into the pallet. This way could guarantee the whole pallet is much stronger and the pallet will not be destroyed after a long time of transportation. When customers do the unloading, sometimes the forklift destroys the PE strips. If we screw the PE strips into the wood, then this kind of problem will be avoided, which could guarantee there is no risk when the customer does the unloading.
2)If there is some space between two pallets, we will use a Dunnage bag.
