An accurate batching system guarantees the formula is accurate.

1-Accurate dosing for each raw material. Starch
mixing tanks use stainless steel, with long service life and low corrosive. The foaming agent reserve tank is made of stainless
steel.

2-Foaming system adopts domestic advanced technology-Dynamic and static foaming system, ensuring the finished board is lightweight, good toughness and saving much cost.

 

Forming and conveying system 

1-Automatic raw material discharge --no need for people to handle it, Save 2 workers than before

 

2- Forming belt is12- 14 mm thick, which can improve the flatness of the gypsum board.

 

3-conveying rolls are customized with a longer service life

Mature drying technology

Drying system-- the most important part of the production line, this part is also our core technology, 1-The temperature of the drying room is uniform, avoiding over-burning and not enough drying. Make sure the board is high strength and not fragile.

2- Our drying room is equipped with a heat circulation pump, so the heat can be recycled, and it is more energy-saving. if put a hand on our drying room, and the door is not very hot about 25 degrees. If it is very hot, it means that the heat is lost.

 

3-Each area is equipped with humidity discharge pipe to prevent the board from sticking to the roller. some other factories normally
only equip one.

With advanced foaming technology, the foamed gypsum board is more lightweight.
