Grinding System
 
Mainly composed of de-ironing separator, electromagnetic vibration feeding machine, mill and powder collector device.
 
Electromagnetic vibration feeding machine characteristics:
1. Electrical control adopts controllable silicon half-wave rectifier circuit, can infinitely adjust the feeding quantity and be used for automatic control of production process, so as to realize the automatic production.
2. Without rotating parts and components, it doesn't need the lubrication, ensuring its simple structure and easy maintenance.
3. Materials is handled in micro throwing motion, ensuring small abrasion to the chute.
4. The chute is made of alloy steel plate, so is applicable conveying high temperature, badly worn and corrosive materials, etc.
 
Mill characteristics:
1. The complete machine is made into vertical structure, with small footprint, strong systemic, forming an independent production system from the rough machining of raw materials to conveying, powder process and final to the packaging.
2. Unique design of intilted air channel. This design ensures that materials entering the shell will fall in the grinding chamber along the slope.
3. Arranger adopts enclosed gear box and pulleys, with stable and reliable operation.
4. Mill important parts are made of high quality castings and proximate matter, sophisticated technology, rigorous process, ensuring the durability of the whole equipment.

Boiling Furnace


In view of the increasing quality requirements of powder used in the existing diversified terminal markets, the fluidized bed calciner is the most stable calcining equipment in the current low-temperature steam calcining process.

The lower the steam temperature, the more obvious the advantage. The bed state of the gypsum fluidized bed calciner belongs to the bubbling bed, so this furnace is figuratively called a "boiling furnace".

The fluidized bed calcining part is a vertical box container with a gas distribution plate at its bottom; the purpose is to support the solid powder to prevent leakage when it stops working, and to 
allow the airflow to enter the bed evenly from the bottom when it is working.

Totary Kiln

The dryer machine is used to remove the crystal water of gypsum, which is the main part of the production line.
The raw materials entering the rotary kiln should ensure that the granularity is as uniform as possible and that the dewatering time and temperature are stable. This is the key condition for a better control of the calcination quality. This is our strong point.

Hot air boiling furnace & Thermal oil Boiling furnace Technology Comparison
 
1 When you switch on and off the production line oftenly:
Thermal oil Technology: When you use this technology, the production line switch off, and he oil is still very hot, about 200 degrees The heat from the oil will take too much time to cool.
 
1) After machine off, the raw material stopped to add: during this cooling time, the heat of oil will be transferred to the exising gypsum powder inside of the furnace. So with too much heat, the powder will be burnt out.
2) When start again , when add some new raw gypsum, then the Calcined gypsum and raw gypsum will all be mixed together.
Then the finished gypsum powder is so uneven.
 
The oil total about 2-3 tons for one production line, with temperature of 200 degree. So when the production line switch off, all these heat will release to the gypsum powder in the boiling furnace. also the release time is very long.
This is why this technology, it is not suitable for some customers that often switch it on and off all the time. 
 
Hot air technology: As when it switches off, It is warming rapidly, cooling faster.  So this technology is easier for customers to switch on and off the production line often. 
 
 
2 The danger of Thermal oil technology:
Sometimes if workers do not notice that the circulation pump of oil does not work, so the hot oil in the tube is heating all the time and not keep cycle status. In this situation, it will happen big explosion.
At beginning the tube of oil will not have leakage oil problem, but after several years of operation, the tube will be aging so it will leak oil and then the dangerous fire will happen in near future.
 
Regards hot air technology no need oil and such kind of problem will not happen, the whole equipment for hot air technology is easy and with less maintenance.
 
3 The gypsum powder industry development:
Before the 2010 year, thermal oil technology was mostly used in China. After 2010 year in China, more and more customer choose the hot air technology as their frist choice. 
Both technology are very mature for gypsum powder production now . 
 
4 For the thermal oil technology: 
 It needs the thermal oil boiler and thermal oil. The boiler is one set of signal boiler, so after you receive it, it can be used directly, no need special treatment in your warehouse.  
 
For the hot air technology, the combustion chamber, it needs to be built with Fire-resistant bricks on your site by our engineer.
Like you said the OMV has rebuilt the combustion already. It is mainly because the bricks have drop down which caused by the light oil sticks on the bricks. Such kind situation very less happens to other projects.
For this part, also we have made some update. such as the brick size was 11cm. Now we are using 23 cm bricks which is bigger twice than before.
